Calibration of measuring instruments is a set of operations carried out in order to determine the actual prices of metrological characteristics of measuring instruments. Calibration is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “About ensuring unity of measurements” and aims to prevent the negative effects of measurements on the protection of human life and health, protection of the environment, flora and fauna, protection and security of the state.
